All reservations must be pre-paid. Final payment is according to carrier / tour operator specifications and may vary. By receipt of full payment, you accept the conditions pertaining to the relevant services to be rendered. Failure to submit payment on due date will result in cancellation of reservations, which may result in cancellation charges. All major credit cards & bank guaranteed cheques / cash payments are accepted.

An amendment fee will be charged to amend issued tickets / vouchers which exclude local Government VAT % Refunds Jeffreys Bay Travel act as agent only and therefore can not be held responsible for any unused services / refunds due from airlines / operators. Refunds are subject to the conditions of the relevant carrier / operator. Refund handling is subject to a handling fee, excluding local government VAT % Insurance Travel insurance is strongly recommended.

Jeffreys Bay Travel will assist in the completion of Visa applications at a cost excluding local Government VAT %. The issuance of the Visa is by the relevant Consulate and not the responsibility of Jeffreys Bay Travel.

Special terms & conditions regarding payments / refunds may be imposed by Principals. All reservations are subject to such conditions. Jeffreys Bay Travel cc in making reservations can not be held responsible for any injuries / delays or any unforeseen actions that may result in the cancellation of arrangements and any financial implications that may occur from such incident.
